At South & Green, we believe confidence should extend beyond what you wear to how you're treated. That's why we've made it a priority from day one to offer a return policy that's as thoughtful and customer-focused as the pieces we create.

We want you to love every S&G purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

The only exception is Intimate Apparel, which is designated as final sale on individual product pages for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

To initiate a return, please email southandgreen@gmail.com with the subject line "S&G Return" and include your order number.

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to help!

Email southandgreen@gmail.com with the subject line "S&G Exchange" and include your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll gladly help you initiate a return for a full refund, provided the original item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If we've made a mistake, making it right is our responsibility.

We take every order seriously, and we'll always approach incorrect, incomplete, or missing orders with care, urgency, and a commitment to finding a fair resolution.

Intimate Apparel: Sizing & Fit

Because Intimate Apparel items are final sale, we encourage you to reach out with any sizing or fit questions before placing your order.
